Application Procedures 

 

 

1.      Complete the Application Form   Student Application

 

2.      When we receive the Application form, an Invoice is emailed to you. The Invoice will be for Accommodation, Bank Charges, Placement Fee and Airport Transfer if requested. 

      Payment is required within 14 days of the Invoice date or prior to the Arrival date.

      Fees vary depending upon location of accommodation and meal service required.

 

3.      Once the payment has been received, the Homestay is arranged and the Homestay Profile is sent to you. Homestay Profiles can be provided :

      Standard - Within Two Weeks

      Express - By the Next Day

      Lighting - Same day as the Application is made.

 

     If there are any questions or concerns regarding the Homestay Profile, or the Student wishes to change the Homestay profile, please advise by email to ;

      4   Once you have accepted the Homestay Profile, Homestay London will ask you for your arrival details, whether this service is requested or not. The Homestay Host

           needs to be advised of your arrival date and time. 

 

6.     If you are already in the UK, Homestay London will provide a Homestay profile and arrange for the student to meet with the Host prior to moving into the home.
